Let's Eat Green Ep.4: Vellutata green

         

 

In the 4th appointment of Let's eat green (here the third) We explain
how to prepare one tasty velvety based on zucchini and avocado.

HOW TO PREPARE THEM

Ingredients for 1 person
2 zucchini
1⁄2 avocado
2 spring onions
Zest and juice of 1⁄2 lime
Salt to taste.
Chilli flakes to taste

Method
Boil the zucchini cut into 4 in very little water.
Put the zucchini, avocado, 2 finely chopped spring onions (raw), lime and zest in a blender and start blending.
Slowly add the cooking water of the zucchini until you get the desired consistency.
Salt rule.

Pairings
Serve with toasted mixed seeds and a little pepper flakes.
