For this in the fifth episode of Let's eat green we offer you a super fresh smoothie with ginger and mint, to taste together!
HOW TO PREPARE IT
Ingredients for 1 person
1 ripe banana
1 cm of ginger
1 handful of spinach
5-6 mint leaves
1 teaspoon of wheat grass
120 ml of water
Peel the banana and divide it into 4.
Remove the ginger peel and divide it into 4 slices.
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend at maximum power for 30-40 seconds.
Last but not least: enjoy every sip!
