HOW TO PREPARE IT
Ingredients for 4 people
1 glass jar of precooked chickpeas 5 tablespoon of tahini
1 handful of spinach
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
Salt to taste.
Drain and wash the chickpeas well.
Put them in a food processor and blend them until they are reduced to a paste.
Add tahini, lemon juice, a nice pinch of salt and spinach and blend until a few moments.
With the robot activated, slowly add the water until you have reached a smooth and creamy consistency. Season with salt if needed - your hummus is ready!
Excellent with carrots, with the baked pumpkin, with gods Whole grains or on a slice of whole grain bread.
