Norwood Upcot District: we made it!

Norwood Upcot District: we made it!

Last April we completed the water project that now brings drinking water to the Upcot district of Norwood in Sri Lanka.
Twelve families, for a total of 70 people, will have access to 19 million liters of water!
This project was carried out together with PQE.

To celebrate the completion of the project we want to tell you the story of Lurdusamy's family.

LURDUSAMY FAMILY

Lurdusamy and his wife work as cultivators in a local estate. The father and the mother, now retired, live with them. Lurdusamy owns three hens, which he grows as a hobby, although in the future he would like to buy a land near estate to raise them and build a bigger house for him and his family.
