First of all: why water?

Did you know that drinking water is still inaccessible for longer 700 million of people? Most of them live in rural and isolated areas, and they use many hours of the day to recover this resource. The lack of drinking water is a problem from a hygienic point of view, and also takes a lot of time, especially from women and children, who take care of its collection. The lack of adequate education is the first obstacle to poverty reduction: investing in drinking water has a very high economic and social return in the developing community.

This is where WAMI comes in ...

WAMI creates community water projects without access to safe water. And it's a self-fueling project: 1 WAMI product = 100 liters guaranteed! And there is a code on each product to know the family you are donating water to. In all, the projects are more than 50, for a total of over 8 billion liters donated.

Our projects to achieve some fundamentals SDGs of the United Nations 2030 Agenda: in fact, making drinking water accessible to all leads not only to hydration, but also to better hygiene conditions; it is a step forward in achieving social equality and quality education, and is crucial for the fight against climate change.
