Water according to...
Arcesse has a beautiful and numerous family. His wife Moulaye is a great cook and very skilled in Senegalese cousine, and they live with their daughter Fatou, that has three wonderful children. Arcesse is very proud of his grandchildren, and wants to be around them as much as he can: they all want to study and become teachers and doctors. Being six people, the family had a deep need for clean water access, both to work, to eat and for their hygiene. Now that the water point is near their house, Arcesse only has to worry about having as much fun as he can with his grandchildren!
Discovering Senegal's cousine
During our Water Expedition in Senegal, we had the pleasure to discover the country's rich and diverse cousine: its influences can are from all over the world, and can be found in the North African, French, and Portuguese food traditions. But the most important influence was from the Wolof cousine, consisting mostly of fish, lamb and beef.
